Strive to make everyday the best day of your life, because there is no good reason not to.
– Hal Elrod
Miracle mornings have been a part of my life since I first read this book in February 2015. I have only missed two days due to sickness. I am no longer capable of starting the day without completing my miracle morning.
I was an early riser before reading the book, but I now start my days with the S.A.V.E.R.S. developed in the book.
I love starting the day by a moment of silence through guided meditation. I am a keen user of the Calm app.
I was very doubtful about affirmations before, but now I am convinced that they can have a serious impact on your life goals.
Repeating my vision, mission and goals every morning was truly life changing for me.
I thought the same about visualization. It seemed like a crazy idea at first, but now it’s something that I cannot start the day without. It really helps to visualize your dreams, and if done on a daily basis, it brings them closer and closer to your real life.
Exercising on a daily basis can obviously change your life, and it has definitely changed mine. With this method, you can turn this wish into a reality. Last year I ran over 1,600 miles. I used to be an occasional runner, who was never able to stick to daily practice for more than a month. This is now a thing of the past thanks to this method.
I have never read as many books.
Having time to read everyday can really develop new habits. I never waste time waiting for things, for one. I now read in the morning but the addiction has spread and I always have something to read in queues and waiting rooms.
I started with journaling and it was quite hard at the very beginning, but after nearly one year of practice, I established more goals and I started writing a minimum of two pages every morning.
Well, you’ve guessed it, I am a deep lover of this book. It has changed my life and the lives of others around me.
I keep recommending it again and again. Even if you are not a morning person, the book can change this for you and help you get a handle on your life and stop feeling that you are always behind on things.
Thanks to Yo Pal Hal, I have discovered the power of routines.
I highly recommend that you take the plunge, buy it, read it and live it.
